​This contemporary new build home in Malmsbury, 100km north west of Melbourne, was designed for an extended family to retire. The design concept includes high level energy rating materials and for 'off-grid' sustainable energy technologies. Consideration was made for Passivhaus / Passive house features and ideologies to be incorporated. This design reflects our on-going approach with clients to better living through design.
